2016 American Angus Annual Meeting Delegation

For the 11th year, Landi has been elected by Iowa Angus breeders to serve as a voting delegate at the 2016 American Angus Association Annual Meeting in November. Only 6 states have larger delegations than Iowa (based upon membership and registrations within the state), and Landi serves as the second delegate in the state.

2016 PATHFINDER REPORT

Hoover Angus & Landi McFarland are home to 63 Pathfinder cows and 5 Pathfinder Sires in the 2016 Pathfinder Report! Also congratulations to KDS Angus on Blkcp Empress Ellston K209 earning Pathfinder status. She was purchased as a $9000 open heifer in our 2012 sale. A&K Farms, Bertrand, NE purchased Lady Ida of Ellston K320 as a bred heifer in our 2013 auction for $4000, and this female earned Pathfinder honors! Congratulations! Hoover Angus sires in the Pathfinder Report - CC&7 with 104 qualified daughters, Hoover Dam with 31 qualified daughters, Gridiron with 22 qualified daughters, Neutron 377 with 7 qualified daughters, and Statesman with 5 qualified daughters.
