2015 Hoover Angus Farm Production Sale
The 87th Anniversary Hoover Angus Sale was held Tuesday, February 3, 2015 in Creston, IA. Wedged between snowstorms on Saturday/Sunday and Wednesday, 199 live lots grossed $1,493,650 to average $7506, further topping last year's record event. Cattle sold to 14 states and two Canadian providences.
114 bulls averaged $8735. 78 yearling bulls averaged $9295 and 36 fall bulls averaged $7521.
51 spring bred heifers averaged $6402, 24 fall bred heifers averaged $4898, and 10 open heifers averaged $5385.
