Hoover Angus purchased a semen interest in Galactic in the spring of 2024, and then in the spring of 2025 purchased walking rights on him, and he serviced cows in our largest pasture of mature cows.

After weaning his first calves at Hoover Angus in the fall of 2025, we certainly appreciate them for their added frame, length and growth. Five of the top 10 weaning weight bulls (non-ET) were sired by Galactic as well as 5 of the top 10 heifers!

Galactic combines an appropriate level of calving ease and growth along with a reasonable amount of milk to be able to produce tight-uddered, long-lasting females that can excel in fescue country.
