Landi viewed the dam of Promise prior to the sale and found her to be a superior uddered 6 year-old raising another excellent calf. Her progeny have a well-above average 103 weaning ratio and 101 yearling ratio with a 369 day calving interval.

Promise offers an outcross pedigree to the vast majority of the Angus breed today and bends the growth curve from CED and BW to WW better than any other Prolific son in the breed!

Promise bred heifers at Hoover Angus in the summer of 2025 and is now at Select Sires. Heifers will sell bred to Promise in our February 3, 2026 production sale. Select Sires expects to have semen in time for the fall 2025 breeding season.
