Hoover Choice is a maternal brother to Alta Genetics’ lead-off sire, Bold Ruler!

Choice is a very good temperament, well-rounded sire from the most famous Hoover Angus cow – Erica of Ellston T220. T220 sold at 8 months of age, and she has been wildly successful for her owners! High-profile programs from across the country now have T220 daughters in their donor line-ups.

From just a small crop of calves his first year, one Choice son was a photo feature in our 2025 sale. Progeny of Choice will sell in our February 3, 2026 sale as well as heifers carrying his service.

Pathfinder donor grandam R96 is a third consecutive generation Pathfinder donor cow. She serves as the 7^th top indexing cow of the Hoover herd with a superior 6-109 wean ratio on her progeny! Her 7 daughters to sell at Hoover Angus have averaged $21,450!

Pathfinder donor great grandam M38 is the highest indexing daughter of G366, the cow regarded as the best cow in our 98-year history! M38 was at one time the #1 indexing cow of the Hoover herd with the tremendous growth she put into her calves. She served as a working donor until 11 years of age.

At 10 years of age, M38’s progeny and grand progeny led-off our 2023 sale catalog and included the 2^nd and 3^rd top-selling bulls!
